To enhance their portfolio of services and differentiate themselves from their competitors, Care Concierge leverages the use of digital technology via its proprietary mobile application which allows it to provide important information such as blood pressure, heart rate, diet, daily activities and medication of patients. This provides added comfort and peace of mind to family members and allows for the company to track and maintain its service levels to the highest standards.

Care Concierge has received several awards including including Alibaba Jumpstarter's Global Top 40 Startup 2020, Wild Digital Startup Disruptor 2019, Ageing Asia Eldercare Innovation Awards 2020 and Khazanah Impact Innovation Challenge 2021 in recognition of the Company’s efforts to revolutionise the elder care industry.
