Han continues to hold a role at Affin Hwang Asset Management Berhad, and is in the process of transitioning to Bintang Capital Partners Berhad.
Chang Han Lian is a Vice President within the Investments team of Bintang Capital Partners Berhad. He is a founding member of Bintang Capital Partners Berhad.
Han joined Affin Investment Bank in the Corporate Strategy department in 2014. Han has played an instrumental role in the post-merger integration of the Affin and Hwang businesses.

Han has four years of experience in corporate investment and strategy. He has played a part in all stages of corporate exercises. This includes carrying out negotiations, conducting due diligence, corporate restructuring, strategy development, strategy execution, and divestments. 

Han is also responsible for Bintang Capital Partners' investment in WatchBanQ Group Limited, the investment holding company for WatchBox.

Han also played vital roles in key corporate initiatives, including the establishment of the equity trading partnership between Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad and PT Bahana Securities, the establishment of Affin Hwang Capital’s private trustee business, and the establishment of AccelVantage Academy, a joint venture between Affin Hwang Asset Management Berhad and GV Capital Dynamics Sdn Bhd. 

Han has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from the University of Washington, Seattle. He also holds a Master of Science degree in International Political Economy from the S.Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Nanyang Technological University which he has obtained in 2014.
